CINEMAGRAPH is a living moment in an otherwise still photograph. It exists in the world in between a photograph and video to bring to life the image and make it last forever. It is usually several seconds long, and looping.

There are long tutorials on how to make Cinemagraphs. You can spend time trying to learn the process and getting used to different software (Cinemagraph Pro for Mac is $299!); However, my action can save you all the time and effort, letting you insert video right in Photoshop and just painting over areas you want to remain active. and it costs only $4!

My PS Action works by Isolating a Subject. It targets specific areas that you want to keep in motion, while other parts are frozen and will remain still.
