To install and use: Open Photoshop, and click on the Actions Palette menu button (located in the top-right of the Actions Palette Select “Load Actions” Select file with .atn extension from the download – that’s it. To use it just open your image then open action folder called “Custom Toning Effects” and choose action you want to use. Then press “play” button on the bottom of the action palette.
